Luxury Condo Renovation in Brickell Miami

In the kitchen, our focus was on elevating the ambiance and functionality without the need for a full-scale overhaul. One of the standout features is the installation of a feature pendant light, which instantly draws the eye and adds a touch of elegance. In addition, we introduced under-cabinet and above-cabinet LED lighting.

We replaced the old countertops, to give a fresh look. The new countertops add both durability and style. We also updated the backsplash, choosing a material that complements the new design elements without overwhelming the space. This gave the kitchen a refreshed look that tied together the modern updates without the need for extensive demolition or cabinetry replacement.

A major improvement was the addition of a multi-functional island. Designed to maximize the previously unused space. Providing extra seating, making it ideal for casual dining or socializing, while offering additional storage to enhance the kitchen’s functionality.

To revitalize the bathrooms, we embraced a bold yet minimalistic design approach. The key to this transformation was the use of concrete-effect tiles, which brought a unique texture and an industrial aesthetic to the space. The subtle gray tones of the tile contrasted with the clean lines of the fixtures, creating a minimalist vibe that still felt rich in character.

To distinguish the two bathrooms, we played with tile layout. This gave each space its own distinct feel while maintaining a cohesive design theme throughout. Both bathrooms share a standout feature: a navy blue subway tile accent wall. This design element adds a striking contrast, deepening the visual impact of each room. The cool, muted concrete tones juxtaposed with the rich blue tile inject a sense of luxury while preserving the minimalist aesthetic.
