Upper West Side Condo Renovation

Upper West Side, NYC, NY:

Bright modern aesthetic with a splash of charm

For this Upper West side two-bedroom apartment, our client’s priority was to brighten up the space. When working in smaller spaces the material selection is extremely important, therefore, the color scheme picked for this project was white gloss and light wood helping to capture natural light and making the apartment look more spacious. This is an inspiring example of glass use in a modern residence as the new floor-to-ceiling windows induce an outdoor feel, flooding the space with natural light. In addition to its durability and timelessness, European white oak flooring’s rich grain and light tones naturally create a modern bright aesthetic, adding character and a sense of heritage to the apartment.

An open kitchen is a great idea for apartments that are small. It allows spaces to flow into each other, thereby making the home look more spacious than it is. This open kitchen was crafted with custom made semi-gloss white cabinets covered by a beautiful arctic white countertop and stainless-steel appliances, creating a sharp, clean finish and a sense of informality and a friendly ambiance.

Lastly, the bathroom renovation included installing a perfect combination of floor-to-ceiling
white ceramic tiles and easy-to-care-for grey matte porcelain floor tiles along with a custom-made Italian vanity for the final touch.
