You may be dreaming about an apartment remodel, but when it comes to cost, precise timelines and accurate estimates are key to a successful project. Chapter takes estimates as seriously as you do. Our renovation expert will give you a ballpark estimate during your introductory phone consultation. If you like what you hear and want to continue the process, our renovation expert will then meet you at your home for a walk through and collect the full scope of work to prepare the formal work proposal. Precision is key and we like to do things right from the beginning. Because your time is precious.
One of our goals aside from delivering your dream home, is to complete your renovation project as swiftly as possible. Although timelines depend on many factors such as scope of work, permits, approvals and special trade, we plan as much as we can before work starts. Your project manager will have all materials and finishes ordered early enough to manage their timely delivery without getting in the way of the project’s milestones. Covering all grounds and anticipating challenges are key in our timeline building. Our estimations are based on the high number of renovation projects completed over the years and the Chapter team’s construction expertise.
