This apartment renovation took place in the trendy neighborhood of Chelsea, located in a luxury doorman condominium constructed in 2006. Chelsea is a neighborhood known for its art galleries, high end skyscrapers, fashion, and diverse food scene, making it an ideal location if you seek a blend of uptown elegance and downtown charm. In this 1-bedroom apartment, our client goal was to modernize the overall look throughout the apartment, thus, we replaced the outdated dark hardwood flooring with brand new white oak flooring, which filled the entire apartment with a sense of luminosity and spaciousness. In the kitchen, the Chapter team replaced the countertops with a stunning Caesarstone white snow quartz and crafted a counter seating area for the peninsula, which not only added functional utility but also an air of sophistication. In addition, we installed a new light-colored backsplash, which made the existing cabinets pop more and create contrast in the entire kitchen. Lastly, we replaced the lighting fixtures and installed beautiful pendants that will catch the eye of anyone walking into the kitchen.
