Greenwich Village Co-Op Apartment Renovation

77 7th Ave, NYC, New York:

A Splash of Life in White & Wood

Before & After

This fully renovated apartment in Greenwich Village features a brand-new kitchen and bathroom. This project involved a full apartment renovation from top to bottom. The clients goal for the renovation was to give the place life and color. The apartment was full of natural light, which provided a great advantage to open the kitchen which was the darkest area in the apartment.

In the kitchen, the Chapter design team had a concept of an open kitchen which the client loved. We installed Everleigh Cambia quartz countertop to give the kitchen island a glossy pop, the countertop has a waterfall to make the kitchen have a flow and complete look throughout the extended kitchen.  We paired this with natural wood cabinets to match. With a little touch of hanging shelves above the kitchen island, giving the space a more compact look for more storage and plants for gorgeous decorative ideas.

The bathroom involved a shower conversion, this consisted of Alaska White Herringbone Polished Marble Mosaic Tile on the floor which gave the bathroom some color, while the walls feature a sleek, wave-like pattern. We installed a large, well-lit medicine cabinet to brighten up the space. For the shower, we chose a single-function shower head with a rain spray pattern, complemented by a matching hand shower with a hose.
