One of the most renowned addresses in the world, rich in New York's cultural and social history and featuring all the luxury and security of modern living. United Nations Plaza has been home to some of New York’s most prominent families in politics, entertainment and business.

Our project which took place in this iconic building was a two bedroom and two bath apartment. We removed the partition separating the kitchen from the living and dining areas, enabling natural light to permeate the entire space and brighten up the kitchen.

To enhance the connection between these areas, we incorporated counter seating into the redesigned kitchen layout. The goal was to create a wow factor for the kitchen millwork. The bright orange, custom-made ultra high gloss cabinets, reflect the client's unique taste while seamlessly meeting storage needs.

We substituted the previous ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen with cork, a natural and eco-friendly material known for its exceptional durability. Notably, cork's soft and slightly flexible composition makes it an excellent choice for minimizing fatigue.

The Primary Suite is tucked behind a floor-to-ceiling frameless door, a touch of modern aesthetics that inspires a modern vibe throughout. Initially, both bathrooms shared the same design. However, we did a shower conversion in the Primary Bath and redesigned it to be a serene oasis utilizing various blue tiles and chrome hardware.
