This renovation took place in Brickell, a neighborhood known for its towering skyscrapers, luxury high-rise condominiums, and office buildings.

The original apartment had not been renovated for over a decade and was ready for a new chapter. The old-fashioned floors, outdated kitchen, and bathroom all got a well needed transformation. We wanted to transform the space into a modern and luxury environment, while maintaining its functionality. The old flooring was replaced with high-quality white oak floors, giving the apartment a modern clean look.

The goal for the bathroom was to create a luxurious feel therefore we incorporated brass features together with Marble floor tiles. Custom-made double vanity with brass vessel sinks and brass mirrors. Free-standing round tub highlighted by custom stone wall.

This beautiful custom kitchen designed by the Chapter team has built in appliances to achieve a clean look, while keeping the high level of functionality. The design was focused on creating an open space, with plenty of natural light.
