The use of the website and mobile application (collectively, the “Website”) operated by Hello Chapter LLC (“Hello Chapter”, “we”, or “us”) and the services offered on and in connection with the Website (the “Services”) are subject to the following privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”).  This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about visitors and registered user (together referred to as “Users” or “You”) to this website and how we use and protect this information, as well as the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This Privacy Policy does not cover collection or use of information by third parties or linked websites, which Hello Chapter does not control, own or manage.

Email Communications from Hello Chapter

Hello Chapter does not intend the Website and Services to be used by individuals under the age of majority within the jurisdiction within which they reside without the supervision of a parent or guardian of majority age. Hello Chapter relies upon such parents or guardians to determine if the Website and Services are appropriate for the viewing, access, or participation by such individuals under the age of majority.
