The master bathroom was completely reimagined with luxurious finishes and sophisticated design elements. The goal was to create a serene atmosphere, where every detail—from fixtures to tiles to lighting flows seamlessly together. Key features include Bianco Bello marble wall tiles, selected for their timeless elegance and high-end appeal. Arabescato Doro marble mosaic tiles were used for both the shower walls and floor, creating a refined contrast to the Bianco Bello marble and accentuating the design variations.

A custom Saur double vanity with engineered stone provides ample storage while maintaining a sleek, modern look that complements the marble. Linear tube vanity lights from Shade of Light were installed to provide bright, even illumination, enhancing both functionality and style. Two metal dovetail mirrors, with their minimalist yet sophisticated design, perfectly frame the vanity area. A 20-inch Verdera medicine cabinet adds practical storage and a built-in lighted mirror for added convenience.

As for the second bathroom, the goal was a clean look, a bit different visually compared to the master bathroom, with incorporating materials that offer a bright feel while also standing out. We used Bianco Dolomiti dolomite mosaic tiles, chosen for their soft white and gray hues, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere for the bathroom. Bianco Dolomiti Select tiles were installed on the walls, offering a subtle, elegant pattern that complements the overall aesthetic of the space. Chevron Bianco Dolomiti tiles in the shower area add a modern geometric touch.

The 24-inch Belleair vanity was chosen for its compact design and elegant style, perfect for maximizing space while offering a sleek modern look. A Rim 24” medicine cabinet was installed, offering integrated lighting and a mirrored finish that contributes to the functional yet stylish design of the bathroom.

All plumbing fixtures were selected from Rejuvenation in polished chrome, ensuring high quality and a sophisticated, modern finish.

To complete the project, the apartment received a new flooring installation featuring white oak hardwood sourced from North America. The white oak flooring extends throughout the living spaces, unifying the entire apartment and offering durability and a timeless look.
