Kitchen Renovation For YouTube Cooking Show: Dinner Party Tonight

This space used to be an old sauna, steam room and bathroom. Now with the help from the Chapter team, it’s transformed into the new prep kitchen for our client Randy, a famous YouTuber at “Dinner Party Tonight”. Our team completed the full-gut renovation of the space including changing the roof.

In memory of her late dog Leonard, our client, who is a professional cook, asked us to design a prep kitchen located in the back of her house, which would be named after him -Leonards Prep Kitchen.

We replaced the floor with Terrazzo Tile in Diamante color from Italy, which gives a great touch to the space. We also increased the ceiling height to make it more spacious.

The back of the kitchen is entirely made in stainless steel, with soft-closed drawers and doors, and 45-degree finger pull. The steel countertop has an integrated 12"x12" prep sink. Stainless steel is a great choice for a kitchen, especially for professional kitchens, because of its simplicity for cleaning, its fire, heat, and corrosion resistance.

We created a custom-made island with white slim shaker panels on the back and the sides. The countertop is a Corian solid surface in white. Corian is a non-porous material, highly durable and long-lasting. The island features the main sink in stainless steel and a beautiful bridge kitchen faucet in Polished Chrome. We also created an open pantry with metro shelves.

For the exterior, we replaced the glass, repainted doors and siding, added new custom-made closets with a hose inside, and replaced the roof to fix the leaking. In the bathroom, we installed new tiles with hones 2"x4" Thassos white marble tile and replaced all fixtures while keeping the existing wall in the back because it had a special value for the client.
