A client’s vision brought to life

Located in the heart of Midtown East, NYC, this studio renovation aimed to transform the space into a stylish partial 1-bedroom apartment. The primary objective was to introduce a sectional wall that divides the living and dining area from the bedroom, creating a sense of privacy and functionality. The project also included a comprehensive bathroom renovation and a stunning overhaul of the kitchen.

The team carefully removed a platform to the bed and added a partition to give the client the privacy of a bedroom. The wall was strategically placed to provide privacy while maintaining an open and spacious feel throughout the studio.

The bathroom underwent a complete transformation, with a focus on reflecting the client’s personal taste. In this case she wanted to focus on the color pink. We employed three different types of finishes: matte, gloss, and holographic. The holographic tiles stand out as some of the most unique and special, by changing colors depending on how the light reflects off them. Polished brass finishes were used for all trims and fixtures, adding a touch of elegance and refinement to the space.

The kitchen was given a stunning transformation, leaving no detail overlooked. Custom-made cabinetry was designed to provide ample storage and functionality. The team chose a captivating olive-green finish for the cabinetry, adding vibrancy and seamlessly harmonizing with the overall aesthetic of the studio.

The collaboration between the team and the client resulted in a studio renovation that surpassed expectations. The transformed space stands as a testament to the artistry and expertise of the team, creating a captivating home. The studio now merges practicality, beauty, and a personalized touch, creating the home our client always dreamed of.
